Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Financial Analyst job opportunity for the corporate office located in Oakland, CA. This position is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial analysis and budgeting in a non-profit organization. The responsibilities will include budget planning, development, and administration and financial analysis, expenditure and revenue forecasting, and reporting for assigned departments, programs, grants, and projects. This position ensures accurate and timely budget and financial reporting to external funders, auditors, and regulatory agencies. In addition, this position ensures financial integrity, alignment, and reconciliation of financial, banking, budgeting, purchasing, and position control systems and processes, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required - Strong overall experience as an Analyst (Budgeting, Cost Allocation, Data Analytics) - Solid knowledge of general accounting (GAAP) - Industry experience within a non-profit organization would be preferred (Ability to interpret federal state and local government regulations - Advanced with Microsoft Excel (Data Visualization Software Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics) - Solid communications and collaborative skills (written & verbal) - A keen eye for detail, a problem-solver, and organized - Team player, helpful, and a positive attitude - Reliable, dedicated, and willing to learn Experience: 5 years of experience as a Analyst (Financial Analyst, Budget Analyst, Senior Accountant, Senior Auditor) Compensation: $50- $57.00 Employment Type: Temp to Perm If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com!
