Job Description:
Avis Budget Group is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to
join our Budget Truck team. In this role, you will be responsible
for maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy-duty trucks,
ensuring that they meet the high standards of safety and

about automotive excellence. Perform routine maintenance and
emergency repairs on heavy-duty trucks Diagnose mechanical issues
and provide timely solutions Maintain records of maintenance and
repairs Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards
Assist in the management of parts inventory Provide exceptional
service to ensure customer satisfaction Proficient in diagnostic
tools and equipment for heavy-duty vehicles Strong understanding of
diesel engines and hydraulic systems Ability to troubleshoot and
repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems Excellent
problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of
a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Valid Commercial
Driver’s License (CDL) preferred ASE Certification in Heavy Truck
Mechanics (T1-T8) is a plus
