Landscape Crew Lead Tender Lawn Care – Kentwood, MI Pay: $23–$28 per hour Tender Lawn Care is hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Lead / Landscaping Foreman to join our growing team in Kentwood, Michigan . This is a full-time leadership position responsible for overseeing landscape installations, renovations, and crew operations across residential and commercial properties throughout West Michigan. If you have strong horticulture knowledge, crew leadership experience, and take pride in delivering high-quality landscape projects, we want to hear from you. Compensation $23–$28 per hour , based on experience Overtime available Growth and advancement opportunities Schedule Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed Benefits Health Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Paid training and professional development High-quality company uniforms Company-sponsored events Supportive leadership team New headquarters with expanded space and amenities Well-maintained, modern equipment Key Responsibilities As a Landscape Crew Lead, you will: Lead and manage a crew of 1–3 team members Install and renovate landscape projects Perform planting of trees, shrubs, and perennials Construct patios, retaining walls, and drainage systems Set grades and ensure proper site preparation Complete spring and fall cleanups Apply mulch and perform pruning Train and mentor crew members Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Qualifications 2 years of experience as a Landscaping Foreman or Crew Lead Valid driver’s license with clean driving record CDL preferred (not required) Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong plant knowledge or degree in horticulture preferred Leadership and team management skill s About Tender Lawn Care Family-owned and operated since 1949, Tender Lawn Care provides professional landscape management and snow removal services to residential and commercial clients throughout West Michigan.
