Repair in Grand Rapids, MI, you will be the first point of contact
for our customers, guiding them through the entire service process.
Daily responsibilities include greeting customers warmly,
understanding their automotive repair needs, and clearly
communicating service options and recommendations. You will handle
scheduling appointments, performing follow-ups, and ensuring all
customer inquiries receive prompt attention. Accurate documentation
of service requests and quote generation will be key to
facilitating seamless operations and enhancing customer
satisfaction. Engaging with technicians to relay necessary

beneficial. Must have a valid Driver's License. Primarily
accountable to perform the following: Customer service Advise
customers on repairs Build repair orders Answer incoming calls,
emails, and texts Turn inquires into appointments Level 2 Service
Advisors Skills and Expertise: Performs all Level I duties. 2-5
years of professional automotive service advising. Capable of
managing ~30 ROs at a time. Able to perform basic scanning,
ride-along diagnostics, and handle complex repair orders. ASE
Service Consultant certification preferred. Carries 33-40% workload
