"ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be
acquired property, of 150 units. Ideal candidate should enjoy
customer service and working with the public. Must have experience
creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life
cycle. Minimum 5 years in a Property Manager role and managing a
staff of two or more. In addition, must have strong technical
skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing,
operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Prefer
