Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Rapids, MI, and involves travel between multiple educational sites
to provide specialized instruction and support. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varied needs of
students with disabilities. Collaborate with general education
teachers, counselors, and parents to ensure a comprehensive support
system. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
Participate in professional development and team meetings. Travel
to different schools as assigned to deliver services effectively.
