Job Description Job Description Job Title : Quality Technician Pay Rate : $19.00-$22.00/hr (based on experience) Shift: Tuesday-Friday (4-10 hour shifts) 7:00am-5:00pm Job Description: The End-of-Line Quality Inspector conducts a final visual inspection of our finished recreational marine boat engines. This is a fast-paced, on-your-feet position and is ideal for candidates with extraordinary attention to detail, strong communication skills, computer skills and basic mechanical skills. Essential Job Functions: Inspect fully assembled and/or partially assembled marine engines, including various internal combustion inboard engines and electric outboard motors. Utilize your engine know-how to identify any potential issues or defects Work closely with the Quality Manager and Production Team to ensure every engine that leaves our building meets Client's high standards for quality and performance. Required Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of engines High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Team player with ability to mobilize support when necessary Ability to organize and plan multiple tasks effectively
