Lifeway Mobility, a leader in providing innovative accessibility solutions, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is pivotal in installing, maintaining, and repairing our bespoke mobility products, including ramps, lifts, and bathroom modifications designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals with limited mobility. The right candidate will bring technical expertise to ensure optimal functioning of these solutions, contributing to our mission of empowering individuals through improved access and autonomy. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain mobility products including stairlifts, vertical platforms, and bathroom safety solutions. Conduct onsite evaluations and maintenance checks to ensure products meet safety and performance standards. Provide exceptional customer service, offering clear explanations and practical solutions to client needs. Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Collaborate with technical team and customer service to ensure a cohesive service experience. Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in using tools and technology relevant to the installation and repair of medical mobility aids. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Service Technician (CST) certification or equivalent is preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
