Job Description:

We are looking for a business manager for our growing healthcare business. If you are an energetic, dynamic, motivated person with an entrepreneurial edge this may be the right job for you. Our ideal candidate has excellent technology skills (social media, Microsoft office, Powerpoint for examples) enjoys marketing, networking, acquiring new contracts and relationships. * Assist with oversight of general operations for three small businesses and possibly a fourth in the next year
* Assist with human resource management. Managing, hiring, recruiting and retention of current and future employees and general contractors
* Assist with payroll and management of paid time off of employees
* Provide feedback on ways to streamline current processes
* Assist with employee training and policy development
* Assume delegated tasks as needed from Director of Clinical Services
* Provide liaison role between Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to the Director of Clinical Services
* Assist with identifying areas for growth of the businesses and implementing ideas

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
