Telecommute Internet Technology Enterprise Customer Success
Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining ownership of a book of enterprise customers
Maintaining a deep understanding of the Circle platform
Contributing feedback to Product/Engineering on product
improvements to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications Include:
3+ years working directly with creators or a company in a community
management role or
3+ years of experience in SaaS customer success working with
small-to-large business customers
Experience leveraging product usage data in your approach to
engaging, expanding and prioritizing your accounts
Ability to be resourceful
Ability to be a team player
Ability to be driven & process-oriented
