Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Manager for their
manufacturing facility.Responsibilities:Oversee team of production
supervisors and hourly operators directly and indirectlyManage
production processes to make sure product is made safely and
efficiently while cultivating a safe work environment for all
associatesCollaboration with senior leaders in quality, warehouse,
maintenance, and HRConstantly work for ways to improve processes
and upgrades to equipment to achieve efficienciesDaily, weekly,
monthly report out to senior leadership on KPIs and
targetsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
with additional experience5+ years of food or beverage
manufacturing experienceStrong knowledge of FDA regulation & HACCP
guidelines3+ years Managerial experience is preferred
