RN-Float - Nurse Staffing 001 - FT Night, 70.2 Hours Bi-Weekly - St Mary's of Michigan-MedCtr - Saginaw,MI

This is a 3-12 hour night float position. Every 3rd weekend and a holiday rotation

This position floats to all of our ICUs.

What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension St. Mary's of Michigan, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

--- Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
--- Serves as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
--- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
--- Assesses and coordinates patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

--- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
--- Preferred Credential(s):
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Education:

--- Diploma
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required

Work Experience:

--- None required.
--- At least one year of acute care experience preferred
