Primary hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. We specialize in providing Home Care and Hospice in the home and facilities. • Licensed or registered in the state in which he/she currently practices and matches the location of the job.
• Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
• Completed health statement acknowledging ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Valid state driver s license. Proof of current automobile insurance.
• TB testing per agency policy; (1 or 2 step TB skin test within 12 months of hire & annual TB symptom screening thereafter).What you will get to do: In this role as a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in the lives of patients by helping them improve their overall help in utilizing a holistic approach.The Home Health Registered Nurse will provide individualized, one-on-one care to patients within a home-based setting. This includes the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans. The RN will help to educate patients and their families on how to follow their care plans as well as provide nursing care to patients.
