Duration: 13 weeks - Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:15
AM) - Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed) - Weekend/Holiday: Every
other weekend/holiday required - Estimated Weekly Salary:
$1680-$1800 Med/Surg RN Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license in Michigan - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
from AHA - Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing
experience required - Orthopedic nursing experience required -
Recent travel nursing experience highly preferred - Current work
history and skills checklist (within 1 year, relevant to Med/Surg
specialty) - Two supervisory reference forms (within the last two
years) Med/Surg RN Responsibilities - Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with established
healthcare policies and procedures - Accurately document nursing
assessments and patient care plans in electronic medical records -
Develop and update patient care plans based on ongoing clinical
assessments - Oversee and delegate aspects of patient care to
clinical support staff - Supervise and mentor co-workers in the
implementation of patient care plans - Deliver compassionate,
high-quality care to patients on the Medical/Surgical unit -
