Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Saginaw, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MRI Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n MRI Tech - MRI Tech /n/n Job Details: /n • Perform magnetic resonance imaging on patients utilizing highly technical equipment /n• Prepare scan room and patient for examination /n• Draw up IV contrast if needed and administer oral contrast when indicated /n• Perform warm-up procedures on equipment and enter patient data with appropriate scan parameters /n• Interview and screen patients for contraindications prior to MRI study /n• Explain procedures and answer patient questions /n• Transport patients into exam room and assist with appropriate positioning /n• Determine allergies and inject appropriate IV contrast when needed /n• Perform scans with attention to appropriate positioning and be alert for need of additional or thinner slices/images /n• Utilize correct protocols, coils, restraints and other materials when scanning /n• Ensure proper marking with regard to patient orientation /n• Enter images with keypad with attention to order of image /n• Prepare records for radiologist and ensure all clinical information is complete /n• Rotating 3rd shift call responsibilities /n• Rotating weekends (approximately 3 weekends during assignment) /n• 2 years of MRI experience required /n• Siemens experience required /n• Associate degree required /n• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA) /n• Active MRI certification through ARRT or ARMRIT required /n• Must not be local candidate (50-mile radius restriction) /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization provides comprehensive medical services with advanced imaging capabilities including state-of-the-art MRI technology.
