Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical
Care Location: Rochester, MI Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,110
per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/12/2026 About the Position ID:
74640570 Shift: 7p-730a, No Call, 3-12's must be available for at
least one holiday. 2:1 ratio. Every other weekend Description: Job
Summary: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of
quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide,
delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and
family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family
information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions
for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of
solutions. Schedule Notes: Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU
experience Experience with CRRT System: Cerner experience required
Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; Schedule: 7pm - 730am; Every
other weekend RTO: 1 week allowedOT is billable after 48
hoursSkills: Required Skills & Experience:-Clinical knowledge and
analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care
plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned.
-Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing
services. -Ability to effectively communicate with patients,
families, and hospital personnel.Preferred Skills &
Experience:-N/AEducation: Required Education:-Graduation from an
accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education:-Bachelor s
degree in Nursing (BSN). Required Certification &
Licensure:-Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of
Nursing.-BLS Preferred Certification & Licensure:-N/AThis is the
