Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Saginaw, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,038 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Saginaw, Michigan, 48601! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (7P - 7:15A) Experience: 2 Years in Med Surg, Strong Ortho Experience License: Active Michigan RN License Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have: Skills Checklist, Supervisory Reference Forms Completed within the last two years Description: Works under the supervision of the Med-Surg Nurse Manager. The Staff RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care on the nursing unit according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Accepts responsibility for the direction of co-workers in the implementation of the patient's plan of care. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides nursing care using the Nursing Process by completing nursing assessments of patients and documenting appropriately in the patient chart. Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of the patient. Implements the plan of care and documents in the chart. Evaluates the patient's response to care and updates the plan of care. Oversees the delegation of specifics of the patient plan of care to unit staff.
