Job Description:
Renewal Rehab, a leader in providing top-notch rehabilitation
services in nursing homes, rehab centers, and long-term care
facilities across the US, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy
Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work
under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help
patients recover and improve their mobility after injuries or due
to chronic conditions. This position offers a rewarding opportunity

patients. Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment
plans. Perform therapeutic interventions as directed by the
supervising physical therapist. Document patient responses to
therapy and report outcomes to the supervising therapist. Educate
patients and their families about treatment plans and maintenance
exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean
and organized. Participate in patient assessments and team meetings
to discuss progress and updates. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and
adhere to safety protocols. Experience with therapeutic and
rehabilitation equipment. Capable of performing physical tasks
required to assist patients. Basic computer skills for
documentation and reporting purposes. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must be licensed or eligible for
licensing as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of
employment. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
