We are looking for your help! We at Sygnetics Healthcare, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned firm, are searching for strong Healthcare providers who share our passion to support our nation s veterans. We have an immediate need for a Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) Physician in Wyoming, MI to provide outpatient medical services for our veteran population. This role offers a flexible assignment with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while experiencing Western Michigan s rich natural landscapes and family-friendly attractions. Must have completed a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and be Board Certified or Eligible. Credentialling and onboarding takes 4-6 weeks Responsibilities: Evaluation of new and returning outpatients Responsible for prescribing medications as needed Order labs, imaging and other pertinent tests Initial screening of patients to determine eligibility Responsible for coordination, evaluation, treatment, and overall medical management for eligible Veterans evaluated and treated within the clinic Hours & Schedule: Business Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding federal holidays).
