Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Lansing, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,586 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/24/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Lansing, Michigan, 48912! Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 08:30 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years in acute hospital settings License: Active nursing license required Certifications: Epic experience required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Acute hospital experience - Epic charting system experience Description: The position involves case management duties. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. There are no call requirements. Floating to any inpatient unit may be required. Weekend coverage is needed on specific dates. Weekend shifts will be worked in place of a weekday shift if scheduled. Candidates should have acute hospital experience. Experience with Epic is mandatory. The unit will accept first-time travelers. Local candidates are welcome without a change in billing rate. Types of patients include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. An interdisciplinary team provides support, including physical therapy, social services, and rapid response teams. Skills required include care coordination, discharge planning, needs assessment, and medical necessity determination. Compliance with all policies and procedures is expected. Candidates must provide proof of education. Certifications must be current prior to starting the contract. All modules and training are to be completed pre-start.
