Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Behavioral Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/08/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ care needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. - Provide and coordinate high-quality nursing care for individuals and groups, working closely with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Educate patients and their families, support therapeutic milieu management, and promote continuity of care. - Communicate effectively with patients’ families and significant others regarding discharge planning and aftercare needs. - Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff in both individual and group care settings. - Accurately document, report, and verify clinical information in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. - Monitor patient safety, identify potential risks, and promptly report concerns to physicians to prevent adverse outcomes.
