Job Description:
Grand Rapids , Michigan, Hematology/Oncology Job Clinical Role:
Perform full-spectrum hematology and oncology patient care,
including new patient referrals, active treatment, and follow-up
careCoordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
ensure a positive experience for patients, families, and
staffProvider will be going between the two
facilities:Comprehensive, multi-disciplinary oncology service line
with network access to subspecialties such as:Radiation
OncologyNeuro OncologySurgical OncologyGynecologic OncologyBreast,
Thoracic, and Colorectal surgeryExpansive Cancer Network serving
West Michigan and the Lake Michigan shorelineExtensive Primary Care
referral network for strong patient supportFull complement of
ancillary support staff and programs, including:Advanced Practice
ProvidersInfusion servicesCare ManagementSocial WorkNurse
NavigationNurse triageResearch and Clinical TrialsLaboratory and
PharmacyGenetics and Financial CounselingProgram marketing to
