Job Description Procedural Nocturnist in Midland, Texas BC / BE in Internal Medicine 2 Yrs Hospitalist Experienced A leading healthcare system in the Permian Basin region is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Procedural Nocturnist to join its inpatient team.Position Details: Schedule: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) Perform urgent procedures (central lines, intubation, chest tubes) Cover inpatients across all units & supervise residents Accept external & ICU step-down transfers Lead hospital codes with ICU residents No ICU or ED admissions (may assist if time allows)Requirements: Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine Texas Medical License (or eligibility) 2 years of Hospitalist experience preferredCompensation & Benefits: Competitive salary 20% incentive bonus Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance CME allowance & malpractice coverage Full benefits package
