$1,990 - $2,130 Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active and
unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – Michigan or compact
state - Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience, preferably in
psychiatric, behavioral health, or mental health nursing - BLS
certification (American Heart Association preferred) - Excellent
communication and de-escalation skills - Ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Psychiatric RN Responsibilities - Deliver direct patient care to
individuals with psychiatric and behavioral health needs -
Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document
progress - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other
healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized
care plans - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations - Promote a safe,
therapeutic environment for patients and staff - Participate in
crisis intervention and support de-escalation efforts as needed
