Job Description AHS Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Traverse, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Dialysis - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 30 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel RN Dialysis – Travel Contract Traverse City, Michigan Unit: MMC Hemodialysis Contract Details - Start Date: March 16, 2026 - End Date: June 13, 2026 - Duration: 13 weeks (89 days) - Shift Times: - 08:00 – 18:30 - 10:00 – 20:30 - Shift Type: Variable days - On-Call: Rotating Monday–Sunday - 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM - About 6 times per 6-week schedule - Weekends: Every other Saturday & Sunday - Holidays: As needed based on contract length Responsibilities Dialysis RN will perform therapies including: - Hemodialysis - Peritoneal Dialysis - Apheresis - CRRT (in critical care areas) - Outpatient dialysis for acute kidney injury patients - Apheresis for patients not meeting outpatient dialysis criteria Equipment Used - B Braun – Hemodialysis machines - NxStage – Apheresis / CRRT - Baxter – CCPD / Peritoneal dialysis Additional duties include machine cleaning and on-call coverage.
