– Detroit, MI Block schedule available Duration: 13 Weeks
(04/20/2026 – 07/18/2026) Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Day shifts (6:00
AM start options) On-Call: Yes (48 hrs per 6 weeks 1 weekend/month)
Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Surgical Technologist
(CVOR) to support high-acuity cardiac and complex surgical
procedures. Ideal candidate must be confident in handling advanced
cases and working alongside a cardiac surgical team. Key
Requirements: - BLS Certification (required) - Surgical Tech
Certification OR 3–5 years of strong OR experience - Must have
cardiac scrub experience (CVOR required) - Experience with
high-acuity/complex surgical cases Case Experience Preferred: -
Cardiopulmonary bypass - Endovascular procedures (TEVAR/FEVAR) -
Valve replacements, aneurysm repair - Organ transplant /
multi-visceral cases - HIPEC procedures Responsibilities: - Prepare
and maintain OR instruments, supplies, and sterile field -
Anticipate surgeon and team needs during procedures - Assist with
patient positioning, prep, and transport - Ensure proper
functioning of surgical equipment - Maintain safety, infection
