We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Buddy's Pizza within the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). What You’ll Do: Manage All Front of House and Back of House Activities Lead and Develop Team Systems and Processes Merchandising and Displays Office Management Forecasting and Budgeting Problem Solving What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership. Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant w/ bar management required. In a management/supervisory capacity with 1 year of bar management experience. Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities. Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports. High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
