Compensation: $57,500 yearly Responsibilities: Prepare and file No-Fault 1st-Party Claims Draft and manage correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and filed Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies Manage case processes, including obtaining medical records, bills, and other necessary documents Conduct legal research and compile information for attorneys Assist attorneys with trial preparation, as needed Qualifications: Experience in preparing and filing No-Fault 1st-Party Claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance Ability to draft and manage legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents with precision Proven track record of organizing and maintaining comprehensive client files, keeping all documents up-to-date Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies Proficiency in managing case processes, including obtaining and organizing medical records and bills About Company Michigan Auto Law is a leading Michigan personal injury law firm with an exclusive focus on auto accident and Michigan No-Fault insurance cases.
