Bonus Structure: Receive $375 after 60 working days Gain an additional $375 after 90 working days, totaling $750 Position Details: Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 pm - 12 am (midnight) As a Selector, you'll be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders in a warehouse setting. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to safely operate motorized equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and clamp machines. Key Responsibilities: Follow directives from leads or supervisors Maintain accuracy to ensure error-free operations Navigate the warehouse to efficiently fulfill customer orders Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and clamp machines for product handling Securely stack cases on pallets for stable transportation Lift weights from 1 lb to 70 lbs safely Ensure product safety by shrink-wrapping items Apply appropriate pallet identification labels Train for motorized equipment operation and obtain OSHA certification Uphold cleanliness and safety standards, following all regulations Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Basic computer skills to use scanners or order processors Experience with S2K and operating an RF Scanner or electric pallet jack is preferred Why Choose Us?
