Payment Representative Overview of Position The Payment Representative will be pulling and configuring bank account activity for payments. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Pulling payments and entering onto a spreadsheet Balancing daily, mid-month and end of month Research unidentified payments to match to correct account Research any batches that are pending clarification Updating information in accounts as needed What are the requirements needed for this position? 0-2 years-- related work experience Computer literate with MS Office Programs High School or equivalent What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? Knowledge of the payment posting process Previous work in accounting, banking, payments, reconciliation or related education Ability to work in a deadline driven environment Detail Oriented Ability to multi-task Work well with others What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? This position is temporarily working from home due to COVID. Employees will eventually be expected to return to the office once it is deemed safe.
