The Human Resources Manager provides leadership in human
resources to deliver effective results in the areas of employee
relations, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits,
policy administration, HR compliance, unemployment hearings,
employee recognition, safety, training and

Essential Job Functions:
-Creates and maintains the company’s Human Resources systems and

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources
Management or 7 years equivalent work experience.
-PHR/SPHR Certification a plus.
-Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and 5 years HR
management experience with a company with 100 or more
-HR experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
