This includes ensuring the program model is clear and implemented correctly, that personnel are trained and supported to promote child and family well-being and recovery, and that all children on the unit receive effective clinical services. This position provides direct services for children, including group work, and intensive supervision and coaching for residential staff. Responsibilities: Provides guidance for residential personnel across all assigned shifts Conducts group work with children Provides weekly one-on-one supervision with direct reports and monthly group supervision for direct reports Provides oversight of assigned team s daily intervention with children, including documentation review Provides crisis intervention while upholding fidelity to program intervention models Collaborate with the team, across units, and across departments to ensure child success and positive culture Monitor milieu and contribute to decisions regarding resident admission as needed Ensures children s service and safety plans are effectively executed across all supervised shifts Maintain continuous visibility and accessibility, including the provision of real-time coaching on unit and routine presence on each of the shifts supported Provide court testimony and recommendations as needed Contributes to child treatment planning Uphold compliance with all regulations as required on the unit Mentoring personnel for professional growth Articulating the agency s treatment philosophy and values Coach personnel on continuously improving performance Ensures continuity of communication and support across various staff schedules Provide performance evaluation for all direct reports Shapes and guides team culture to be trauma informed, compassionate, and upholding children s and families dignity Collaborate with family therapists and other personnel to assist with executing a family plan Abide by licensing and contract obligations, including participating in audits, reporting and investigations as needed Ensures adequate leadership engagement in licensing and investigation reports Provide 24-hour crisis on call availability to treatment team on an as needed basis Monitors personnel time and approves Paycor/payroll documentation Communicates timely with internal and external stakeholders with a high level of professionalism Ensures all reporting and documentation are completed within the required agency and stakeholder systems (e.g. Misacwis, Relias, Paycor, CareLogic, etc.) May be required to work shifts on an as needed basis Identifies personal sensitivities/challenges and successfully self-regulates under pressure Performs other duties related to the essential duties of the position and within the individual s capabilities as assigned by one s supervisor Qualifications: Extensive experience and proven skill serving children and youth required Demonstrated supervisory experience Bachelor s degree and 2 years of experience OR HS diploma and 4 years of experience in a CCI Lived experience in child welfare strongly preferred Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, we offer: Employer-Funded Health Benefits Vision Dental Wellness Benefit Public Loan Service Forgiveness Program (Student Loan Forgiveness) Generous Time Off Benefits Disability & Life Insurance JOIN OUR TEAM & HELP BRING HOPE TO MICHIGAN FAMILIES! _Holy Cross Services maintains a policy of nondiscrimination regarding all employees.
