About the Role:This is a great opportunity to use your parts expertise in a new and exciting way! As a Retail Auto Parts Specialist at Morley, you'll process retail parts and labor rate requests at our corporate headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. You will use your experience to provide proper oversight and ensure retail reimbursements are consistently handled and accurately applied for our automotive clients.No nights or weekends! Hours for this role are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.What You'll DoReview dealer submission of all job cardsEnsure applications meet all required criteriaValidate individual job cards based on repair type and distinguish between qualifying repairsCalculate and verify average parts markup percentages and effective labor ratesScan and upload documents needed for claims reviewReview mailed-in documentsPlease note: This is an on-site position. You'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants.
