Spare Parts Administrator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Enter, organize, and allocate excess material.
  • Process requests for quotes, orders, and shipping of that material.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate the work efforts to meet customer needs (both internal and external).
  • Support the creation and processing of Spare Part BOM's for our customers.


    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    Required:


    • High school diploma required. Preferred prior related experience and/or training. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel preferred.


      Preferred :


      • Experience with ERP Systems.
      • Experience with Microsoft Excel
