Position SummaryYour role as a Tech 1- Utility Gas Division is to assist with the operation of our CCTV Camera and equipment to help make our community a safer place. Primary ResponsibilitiesDetect cross bored wastewater lines and collect field data through utilizing ESRI GPS software during inspectionsEstablish a safe work zone including positioning safety items such as traffic cones and signsPrepare the CCTV Robot and equipment under the direction of the Operator while cleaning and maintaining equipmentDispatch the tractor unit securely into the pipe utilizing a crane or hookMark locations on the job site with utility marking paint Job Qualifications and Skills:Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employmentMust be able and willing to walk 2 to 5 miles or more per day on various terrain and various weather conditionsMust be willing to work with sewer and wastewater utility lines Lift the 50+lbs. of equipment regularly throughout the day.
