Position: Vending Solutions SpecialistPay: Negotiable depending on experienceHours: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM fully onsite with the potential to go hybrid (Likely to have OT)Location: Saginaw, MIPlacement: Contract to Hire (Great growth opportunities!)Description:The Vending Solutions Specialist is essentially a Supply Chain Analyst sitting out of the client's HQ. This person's main focus will be ensuring cost savings from each of their clients. Must have great Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, along with a great personality and focus on learning. Official Job Description:

• Respond to rapidly incoming calls while maintaining a service oriented and helpful demeanor to our customers and Site Managers
• Assists with establishing, maintaining, and developing business and social relationships with customers and vendors in order to enhance the potential for achieving maximum profitability and growth
• Provides sales support for Site Managers
• Provides sales support for assigned customers
• Sourcing product for quoting & ordering purposes
• Prepares, proofreads, compiles and distributes quotes, proposals, and customer correspondence
• Provides order processing and handles return authorization for incoming customer orders and subsequent orders to vendors and suppliers
• Follows up to ensure commitments are met
• Processing of RMAs and all related activities associated with the RMA process
• Develops and maintains all relevant customer files and records per PFMI policies
• Proper management and analysis of assigned vending machines and reporting software including: Days of Supply, Creating PO & Tags, Reviewing and adjusting min/max's, Pricing, Part number entering & updating, Slow & Dead inventory, Assigning Bins
• Proper navigating the ERP system (P21) analytics for research purposes including Sales History and past Pricing
• Expedites the prompt resolution of customer problems, questions, concerns and discrepancies.
