Exceptional Fabrication Group(EFG) Team Coordinator

Primary Function:

EFG Coordinator will manage the daily activities provided to EFG members. This position will be involved with the on-boarding process, determine which projects will be sent to EFG members, manage projects sent to EFG members, follow up on shipments and review final invoices from EFG members. EFG coordinator will be the point person for the entire process from start to finish allowing product to be manufactured locally for certain products while maintaining proper customer relations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead contact for all EFG members
• Co-ordinates in bound order to EFG members
• Manage paperwork process between EM & EFG member
• Ensures that proper materials are transferred to EFG
• Follows and maintains delivery calendar on inbound materials to EFG and outbound customer deliveries.
• Keeps sales reps and CSR's apprised of order status
• Collects all proper documentation from EFG for billing purposes to end user
• Collects and manages all EFG paperwork for EFG payment
• Maintain capabilities spreadsheets of all EFG members
• Ensures that all EFG's have proper product fabrication details
• Will be point person for pricing inquiries to EFG
• Lead for" on- boarding" EFG members - Insure all proper documents & agreements are in place
• Record and manage margins from sales through EFG program
• Provide customer support on inquiries for all orders being manufactured by EFG
  
  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  
  
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Basic roofing metal knowledge preferred
  • Problem solving sensitivity and urgency
  • Motivated to work on projects alone
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Management or another related field
  • Good understanding of the industry market trends and conditions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
