What You Will Be Doing
Collaborate with corporate and project management in determining what types of projects to bid.
Assist project managers in buyout and issuing subcontractors.
Perform quantity take-offs from plans and specifications.
Prepare hard bid general contract bids.
Attend pre-bid and post-bid jobsite walk thru meetings.
Provide technical assistance in negotiating contracts/change orders as required

What You Need for this Position
5+ years commercial construction with emphasis on estimating
4+ year degree in engineering construction or related field
Microsoft Office
Primavara
MS Project
