What You Will Be Doing
Creating high level budgets for proposals
Quantity takeoff on projects
Creating detailed budgets for projects
Updating budgets for projects
Value engineering projects to maintain budgets
Contributing to the Pre-Construction Process
Identifying and appropriately mitigating risk
Development of estimate strategy
Creating and fulfilling the final bid day solution

What You Need for this Position
5 to 10 years experience in estimating or a project management role
Experience estimating large commercial projects
Experience with conceptual estimating
