Sales Cloud nCino Senior Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Helping design and execute a broader support model
Performing and / or coordinating UAT testing
Helping to create and maintain custom reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst required
Minimum 3 years of experience in using and implementing Salesforce
solutions
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support and/or
customer service role required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
BA / BS degree or equivalent
