Job Description:

HEAVY HAUL DRIVER Pumford Construction, Inc. is currently in need of a Heavy Haul Driver to provide support in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will work directly with the Yard Manager (including Mechanic), to ensure the accurate and on time delivery of equipment and materials needed on job sites for success. Essential Job Functions: • Delivering & Picking up Construction Material. • Ability to operate all vehicles assigned to them. • Complete all "pre-trip" requirements before each truck run and "post-trip" requirement at the end of each shift. • Load cargo as instructed at designed location. Secure all cargo for safe transport. • Unload shipment utilizing safe unloading practices. • Follow company quality, safety, and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policies. Requirements and Qualifications: • Valid CDL Class A license is required! • Pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, Clearinghouse verification and 7 - year background check.
