Job Description:

Description:Candidate will be in a clean room environment. Responsible for running CMM and inputting date into excel. Will be working with Zeiss. Will also be using calipers, digital micrometers, and hard gages. Parts will be randomly pulled and brought back tot he room for thorough inspection. --- Assists in verification, identification, reporting of nonconforming product and product characteristics--- Communicates findings, regarding trends or nonconforming parts or processes to appropriate personnel and participate in corrective action--- Performs receiving, in process and final (dock) audit inspection--- Supports first/middle/last off inspection process (press)Control plan tells the operators what we are supposed to do, it will have each step of the process and list any controls in place (quality, equipment checks etc )Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must have- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive, press stamping and/ or manufacturing environment Minimum 2 years inspections, GD&T, control plan experience.
