Job Description Description: You will be responsible for the exterior of a 200 unit apartment complex. Trimming shrubs, mulch beds, weeds, trash pickup, snow removal. We will cross train you into the maintenance field. All aspects of turning over a vacant apartment getting it ready for the new prospects. Operate hand tools, landscaping equipment, snow and ice removal safely. Transport and move equipment safely. Work outside in variable weather conditions. Bend/stoop/squat/kneel. Climb ladders for routine maintenance. Requirements: Operating a Kabota Tractor, shoveling snow, operating a snow blower, maintaining small grounds equipment. lifting 1-25 lbs , Minimum of 1 year previous experience in grounds, building maintenance. Appliances, HVAC, Plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, irrigation, gutters. Ability to work well with others, Effective verbal communication, Ability to perform the essential functions with minimal direct supervision. Monday thru Friday 8-5 some week ends and on call 1 week a month. #PM23 PI206669819
