HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking Co-Op Technician to work at various customer locations, and to join their safety conscious team! The Technician is responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC-Industrial jobs across all services lines.

POSITION LOCATED IN: Sterling Heights, MI

HOURS: Part Time- Sunday afternoons/evenings required.

  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Paint Booth Airflow and System Operations:
  • Pressurization and balance of airflow throughout paint booth systems.
  • How to measure airflow and track data.
  • How to record equipment set points and track them in an electronic database.
  • How changes to equipment set points affect the system and learn appropriate recommendations for keeping the system in balance.
  • Track system cleanliness and make recommendations for cleaning to maintain efficient system(s) operations.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
    
    Qualifications
    
    What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
    
    
    • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Co-Op Student/ College Credits - engineering or technology
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and have general computer skills.
    • Mechanically inclined and able to learn and understand the paint process system(s).
