Sales plan implementation and administration
Performance analytics and reporting
Data modeling and automation
Process optimization and improvement

System expertise: Xactly, Anaplan, Captivate IQ, Salesforce, Tableau, Advance in Excel & PPT

Commission System Configurations (Xactly, Anaplan, Captivate IQ, Oracle Commission):

Administer and maintain in the commission ICM system to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and reporting. Including but not limited to:
Prepare Xactly load files with quotas, credits, adjustments, and other key information
Provide support with various adjustments and calculation cycles
Administer MBOs, monthly commissions, and SPIF payouts

Manage compensation plan setup, crediting logic, and payout rules within commission system
Understand the relationship between commission systems

Change Management:

Administer and maintain in the commission ICM system (Per request/Project Base)
Comp plan Changes
Any additional design requirements
Development and Production User Testing
Project Management - Track the project timeline
Document and implement the requirements


Analysis and Modeling (Advance in Excel):

Perform commission modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential changes to compensation plans
