Job Description:
XPO Logistics is currently seeking full-time Class-A CDL Drivers for Dedicated Fleet Opportunities!
\$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
* Ask about our Military Veteran Appreciation Plan*- \$63,650 annual guarantee
* Minimum \$1,250 guaranteed for each week worked
* Avg 2500-2800 mile/wk dependent on home time request (minimum 12 days running)
* No touch - Dry Van
* Performance bonus
* Continuous movements on Dedicated Customer Freight
* No down time, weekly pre-planned loads
* Newer, dedicated equipment
* No brokered freight
* Hazmat & tanker endorsements required (reimbursement available - call a recruiter for additional details)
* Full Company Benefits available, 401k, Stock Purchase Option, Paid Time Off, Floating Holidays, and Paid Holidays
Job Requirements:
Must be 23 years old
6 months of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience
No DUI's in the past 5 years
Must pass a DOT Physical Examination including drug screen at a DOT approved clinic
Criminal Backgrounds will be reviewed
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No careless, reckless, excessive speed (15 or more), or following too close within the last 24 months will be reviewed.
No rear-end, rollover, lost control, or jackknife in the last 5 years
No more than 2 chargeable accidents in the last 3 years
