Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities and provide solutions tailored to client needs Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the benefits and features of our security solutions Meet or exceed sales goals within the designated geographic area Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively respond to client needs Participate in regional and national trade shows and conferences Strong understanding of building management systems and security products Proven strategic sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop tailored proposals and presentations Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales analytics Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Certification in Building Management Systems (optional but preferred)
