Job Description & Requirements Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: 12 hour days, nights or swings, Shift options include days (6a–6p), nights (6p–6a), and swing (3p–3a). - Practice Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) - Required: - Provide autonomous care for adult CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) patients - Manage post-operative cardiovascular surgery patients - Perform advanced cardiovascular monitoring - Credentialing Timeframe: 90 -120 Days - Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic - Certifications Required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Licensure Required: Must Have Active Michigan License Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
